Original:In thousands of years of history, noodles were first recorded on the Silk Road in 2500 BC in Loulan, China. As the Silk Road spread and time passed, with the wisdom and skills of predecessors, the traditional handmade noodles are now well-known around the world.

Noodle:Our handmade noodles come in 9 different thicknesses, ranging from 1mm in diameter to 15mm in width, different thicknesses provide a distinct texture and taste. Combined with house special broth, you will love this food journey.

Very authentic Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles. They offer you a variety of choices regarding the specific kind of noodle you want.
And there’s enough beef to go with it. The waiters are very nice too.

The food is so so good. The famous hand-pulled Lanzhou beef soup noodles have the perfect balance of the tenderness and chewiness. The soup itself is full of the rich flavor. The grilled lamb ribs are so delicoius. The appetisers are super good too.
The staff is very friendly and the food service is really fast.
The space is pretty spacious and the decor reflects the very traditional Chinese style.
Highly recommended to food lovers.

Tried their hand pulled beef noodles and it was delicious! Probably one of the best you will find in the Scarborough area.
Very flavourful and decent portions. Beef and broth was not too fat and oily. Did not know about it until recently. Noodles were nice and chewy with lots of garnish.
Would definitely be back to try their other dishes in the future.
